The EURAXESS 2022 conference organized by the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT) and the Network of Valencian Universities (RUVID) was held in Valencia on December 13, 2022. UPV participated in the event with an agenda that included topics such as: benefits of the HRS4R, good practices in the implementation of the HRS4R, the reform of the LCTI and the Plan for attracting and retaining scientific and innovative talent. This biannual conference is a forum in which the members of the EURAXESS-Spain network share practices and resolve doubts about new developments in human resources that facilitate the mobility and professional development of research personnel. The CYD Report 2021/2022 is now available. After 18 editions, it has become consolidated as the reference report in which national and international experts analyse, diagnose and propose lines of improvement for Spanish universities.
