In order to present the final version of the strategy to the University Governing Council, the R&D Committee and the Human Resources and Economics Committee have been informed. Both committees acknowledged the relevance of the work done and the implications on the near future for researcher careers at UPV. Representatives from the different UPV Trade Unions were also summoned to a meeting to present the final results of the process. Today, Francisco Mora, the Rector of Universitat Politècnica de València, has signed the Charter and Code Endorsement Letter. From now on UPV has 12 months to conclude its HRS4R process. The letter represents the pinnacle point on a process that started more than 2 years ago and that will engage UPV on a new development on its human resources policies for researchers.
