III Edition of the International Zendal Awards 2022 Calls by paandruc - 19 July, 202219 July, 20220 This year marks the 3rd Edition of the International Zendal Awards 2022, which distinguishes excellence in research and innovation in the field of biotechnology, rewarding the best human and animal health projects. This year the economic endowment will amount to €40,000 in the human health category and €25,000 in the animal health category. In the following link you can see the dossier of this new call. The Government approves the Plan for attracting and retaining scientific and innovative talent Regulations by paandruc - 17 June, 202217 June, 20220 This Plan contains 30 measures that will mobilize close to 3,000 million euros with the aim of bringing back the scientists who left, encouraging those who are in Spain to stay and attracting the best. The measures include regulatory reforms, new calls and information and communication tools, which will be launched over the next 18 months. The measures of the Plan are divided into three axes: creating more opportunities and better conditions for the development of scientific careers in universities and public research organizations. Eliminating barriers and creating new incentives for attracting international scientific talent to the Spanish public sector.Promoting the incorporation of international scientific and innovative personnel in the private sector. They will be open until June 24, 2022. Call for doctoral and postdoctoral scholarships: • These scholarships serve exclusively to finance mobility to France, within the framework of a research stay for doctoral or postdoctoral students enrolled in a Spanish higher education or research center (and not enrolled in France). Call for scientific projects for confirmed researchers: The projects must contribute to the framework of a Franco-Spanish collaboration. The grants awarded serve to finance the publication of scientific articles, mobilities, the purchase of research material, the organization or participation in scientific events (seminars, conferences, congresses, study days, etc.) More details and the documents necessary to apply are available
