The Universitat Politècnica de València is embarked on the adoption of the Charter and the European Code of Researcher through the implementation of a new human resources strategy for research. The definition of this strategy has required to highlight the main needs of researchers and researchers of the University and, based on them, define a series of improvement actions that we believe are key to the sustainability of the research activity. During this workshop, topics such as professional research career, work environment, recruitment and selection conditions or ethical aspects around the profession will be discussed. UPV participates in a dedicated workshop about HRS4R by Euraxess
