EC Consensus Outcome – Implementation Phase Milestones by paandruc - 6 January, 202318 January, 20230 We are pleased to announce that the European Commission has produced a report on the Implementation of the HRS4R at UPV corresponding with the Implementation Phase of the process. The positive result of the evaluation is presented below and means that UPV has moved to the Renewal Phase: HRS4R embedded: The organisation is progressing with appropriate and quality actions as described in its Action Plan.XHRS4R embedded, corrective actions needed: The organisation is, for the most part, progressing with appropriate and quality actions as described in its Action Plan, but could benefit from alterations as advised through the Assessment process. HRS4R embedded, strong corrective actions needed: The organisation is not deemed to be implementing appropriate and quality actions and this raises some concern for the future efforts to implement actions closely aligned to the Charter and Code. HRS4R implies a long-term commitment throughout many years, including joint efforts and coordination with various internal and external stakeholders. It is nevertheless a rewarding process as it ensures institution’s transition from progress to quality, in terms of the implementation of the 40 principles of the Charter and Code.
