The UPV has launched the call for various awards for the research and knowledge transfer activity of its members. Specifically, the UPV research awards are convened in the following categories:

• Award for Excellent Research Trajectory
• Award for Excellent Research Publication
• Prize to the media impact of research
• Award for innovative activity in communication and scientific dissemination
• Award for the transfer of research results

These awards are also framed within the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R), recognized by the “HR Excellence” Seal of Excellence. The UPV is in the implementation phase of this strategy, promoted at different levels by the European Commission, whose objective is to achieve excellence in the development of the professional career of the researchers of the European Research Area, aligning HR policies with the Principles of the Code of Conduct and the European Charter of the researcher.

One of the HRS4R actions is the “Program for Better Dissemination, Exploitation and Science Outreach” whose objective is to increase the dissemination, exploitation and number of communication activities in the field of research, so that the science of UPV is more accessible to scientists around the world, more demanded by companies and better known by society in general.
